Their audit method was their asset. It became their production tool.
This firm does not sell hours: it sells a way of assessing an operation, with its own grids, its benchmark thresholds and its way of scoring. That method already existed, in full. It simply could not be used by anyone other than the person who wrote it.
An operational performance consultancy in Central Europe. It audits its clients on site and hands them a costed action plan.
Client not namedThis case is published without the client’s name: we have not yet asked for their consent. They will be named once they give it, not before. Everything described below can be verified in the delivered system.
What was built
- 14 analysis domains
- 283 indicators, each with its formula, its benchmark threshold and its weight in the final score.
- 14 field audit modules
- 707 check points recorded on site, tied back to the indicators they explain.
- A deterministic calculation engine
- Scores come out of a formula, never a model. Two identical audits give the same result.
- Reports written from the results
- The AI formats and prioritises what has already been calculated. It scores nothing and decides nothing.
- Four engagement formats
- From a short diagnostic to a full audit, each with its own scope of indicators and modules.
- An account for every end client
- Their clients read their own reports and action plan, walled off from one another.
The system does not belong to me.
The code repository, the database and the hosting moved onto their own accounts, under a perpetual licence. NateSystem keeps a maintenance access, revocable by them. This is not a contract clause we are showing you: it is a transfer that took place, and this site could not claim it if the client could not confirm it.
- That a method held by one person can become a system others can use, without being watered down.
- That a scope of this size really does get delivered, documented and handed over.
- That AI can write without ever deciding, as long as the calculation stays deterministic.
- No commercial result was measured at this client. No revenue, no quantified time saved: nothing of the sort is claimed here.
- This is not an engineering firm or a design office. The mechanism is the same, the sector is not.
- The Diagnostic did not yet exist in its current form when this engagement started. The path described on this site is therefore not the one that was followed.
What you can see
The mechanism is published, not summarised. The diagram shows the sources connected, the mandatory pass through human validation, and the bid file produced at the end — before any sales conversation.
The client-workspace screenshots are real screens, on synthetic data flagged as such. They are not marketing mockups, and this is not a product you could try today: what you are judging here is the shape of the system, not yet its effect on your business.
What you can verify
Prices, durations, volumes, limits and terms are published on the site, not held back for a quote.

Each offer also states what it does not include. Anything beyond that scope is priced separately, before it is committed to.
What you own
The source code, the software accounts and the data stay with the client. Subscriptions are opened in your name and paid by you, directly.
The consequence is simple: if you stop working with NateSystem, the system keeps running and there is nothing for you to retrieve from anyone.
What gets measured
Success criteria are defined during the Diagnostic, according to the loop chosen. They are criteria, not results already obtained: they exist to judge the engagement once it is under way.

What NateSystem does not claim
This offer is new. The case above is the closest one already delivered, and it is not an engineering consultancy: NateSystem has not yet delivered an engagement of this kind to one, and therefore presents no sector case.
No revenue, no number of meetings and no return on investment is guaranteed.
NateSystem guarantees the implementation, the documentation and the operation of the defined scope. Commercial outcomes depend on data quality, on the client’s own offer, on deliverability, on team adoption and on how the market responds. No volume of meetings, revenue or return on investment is guaranteed.
NateSystem has delivered line-of-business software in several environments, including a consulting firm — a company that sells its expertise, like the ones this offer addresses. None of these engagements, however, is an engineering consultancy. They are not sector references and are not presented as such. They show what has been built, not what has been built for your sector.
